Booking runs through Camplify, so payment, insurance and support are all in one place.
Choose and book
Pick your van and dates on Camplify. Pay the deposit within 48 hours of your booking being accepted.
Handover or delivery
Collect from Nerang Monday to Friday, or have the van delivered. We'll walk you through the setup, power, water and toilet cassette.
Travel and return
Enjoy the trip. Bring the van back clean, with the toilet cassette emptied, and we'll check it in.

Every van comes ready to cook, clean and sleep in. You just bring the food and your own linen, or hire ours.

Is your car ready to tow?
Check your vehicle against this list before you arrive. A standard car licence is all you need in Queensland.
Missing something? We hire portable electric brake controllers and tow mirrors, and can lend 7-pin adaptors.

Where and when can I collect the van?
Collect from 7 Palings Court, Nerang, just off the M1. Handover is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, by appointment. Weekends are by appointment only and we're closed on public holidays.
Can I bring my pet?
Small pets are considered and must be pre-approved. Select the $50 pet fee when you book. The van must be returned with no pet hair, otherwise a $200 cleaning fee applies, and you're responsible for any pet damage. Pets can't be left alone inside the van.
Who can hire a van?
Hirers need to be aged 21 to 84. A standard car licence is fine in Queensland as long as your vehicle meets the van's towing requirements.
Can I take the van off-grid or on dirt roads?
Off-grid or unpowered sites are fine, but you need to tell us before you go, because battery damage is charged as damage. Off-road and beach driving aren't allowed. Up to 10km of dirt road to reach a campsite is okay, so let us know when you book. An underbody cleaning fee may apply if the van comes back muddy.
What do I need to do before returning the van?
- Wash the dishes and pack them away
- Wipe the benches, stove, bathroom, shower and toilet
- Empty and wipe the fridge
- Take out your rubbish and sweep the floors
- Empty and clean the toilet cassette
Cleaning supplies are in the van. Prefer not to clean? Add the optional cleaning extra when you book.
What cleaning fees could apply?
- Excess cleaning: up to $300
- Excess pet hair or mess: $200
- Excess dirt, red dust or mud: $500
- Toilet cassette not emptied and cleaned: $150
- Smoking or vaping inside: $500
- Stained or missing hire linen: laundering or replacement cost
Any other rules I should know?
- No loose items on the floor, including bikes and scooters. Store everything in cupboards.
- Pack extra items evenly for good weight distribution. Ask if you're unsure.
- Use sheets on the beds, even with a sleeping bag.
- Lock the van whenever it's unattended.
- Retract the awning when unattended or in wind and rain. Never detach the awning legs.
- Report any damage or accident straight away through Camplify, even minor issues.
What if something breaks down?
Stop, assess the situation and call Camplify on (02) 4075 2000 to connect with NRMA Roadside Assist. Take plenty of photos and text us what happened.
Like any car or home, unexpected issues can happen. Contact us and we'll try to fix it, but we can't be held responsible for lost accommodation or travel because of mechanical problems, so we recommend travel insurance.
